Your aim is to make as much money as you can before the gameboard fills up. Move the colored coins so they are above the appropriately colored piggy banks. To bank the coins, you will need to touch the piggy banks below, but you will need at least 2 colors at the bottom of the stack. The higher you stack the columns, the more money you will make when you bank.
